Dear Parents/Carers,

At 6am this morning my site supervisor arrived on site to ensure the school was safe to open today. The boilers were all checked and an assessment was made about the site being ready for normal school opening times. At 6.15am, following conversations with members of my senior leadership team and Chair of Governors we decided to delay the start of school by 1 hour. This was communicated to parents via text, on our website and through social media.

Dear Parents/Carers

As I am sure you are aware, over the last few years, there has been a change in the way GCSEs are implemented and the grading system that accompanies it, with a move from letter to number grades.  This has been a phased process and Business is part of the last phase, meaning your child will be in the first cohort of students to take the new style Business examination in 2019.

For Parents/Carers that couldn’t or didn’t make it to the Year 10 Business Information Session about the upcoming Business Trip to London, the presentation and payment information letter is below. Students will be given letters today in assemblies.
